We are a retired couple who love to travel and have offered our place as an Airbnb with 5 star reviews in the last few years. We want to try house swapping to try some new and some favourite places to stay.

Modern unit in a block with 2 pools and 2 gyms that sits between Annandale, Glebe and Newtown. The 470 bus leaves directly outside the building to reach the city in 15-20 minutes. Great walking area with cafes, restaurants, delis and supermarket close by. The unit is comfortable, easy to keep clean and has a full kitchen, large bathroom with bath and separate shower. The balcony looks out over beautiful trees and catches filtered afternoon sun.
