House Swap with us

Myself, Sophie (35) husband, Locky (34) and two girls (2&4) are looking to start our “house swap” journey. We both run our own business (cleaning and landscaping) we are extremely reliable, have excellent communication skills and know how to treat another’s home with up most respect. Our children are very well behaved and enjoy being outside. We do a have a few toys but honestly not many as we spend our time at the beach, in nature or baking. We love our home, it’s bright, cosy and close to all amenities. It’s the perfect location.

The House

The kitchen overlooks a native, north facing garden, a serene space complete with deck chairs, outside furniture and a trampoline—perfect for relaxing afternoons or letting the kids play in the fresh air.

The things we love about living here

We are a 10 minute walk from the beach, cafes, shops.
Barwon Heads and Point Lonsdale are just quintessential coastal gems. Barwon Heads has this relaxed, family-friendly vibe, with sandy beaches, playgrounds, and a lovely river perfect for kayaking. And Point Lonsdale, just a short drive away, has that classic lighthouse charm, rocky shores, and a beautiful beach that’s perfect for kids to explore. Both towns are super peaceful, with a real sense of community, so they’re just perfect for families looking for a coastal escape. These are both a 10 minute drive from our house.
Take a day trip to Anglesea, Lorne and explore the Great Ocean Road, the Ottways.
There truly is plenty to explore.
