We live in a Federation style house with three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with ensuite), a large, light and airy back room with a well equipped, modern kitchen. We have a small back garden leading off the living area which is great for entertaining. We have off street parking for a small vehicle if required. We are in a street within walking distance of Beaufort Street, Hyde Park, Mt Lawley and Perth CBD. We are a 3 minute walk from the 950 bus which runs from north of Morley to Charlie Gairdner Hospital.
