House Swap with us

Hi, we live in beautiful Torquay on the Surf Coast of Victoria. We built an architectural home in 2025 and moved down late 2025. Our house is 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, with a nice north facing backyard. We are a 5 minute walk from Whites Beach and a 20-25 min walk into Torquay village (or 5 min drive 10 min bike). Looking for 1-2 week swaps in other coastal/beach type locations around Australia. We love our home and would treats yours as we do ours - any swaps would be us only, no guests or visitors, and we would want the same arrnagement in return.

The things we love about living here

The low key vibe - our street is quiet, the beach is close, Whites beach is 24/7 off lead dog beach, the Salty Dog is a 20 minute walk for a coffee, or a beer upstairs at Bomboras.
The house is designed by Wolveridge Architects and is a really warm, calm space to be in - you can't not relax just sitting there in an abundance of natural light.
