Retired couple, young at heart and adventurous who enjoy travelling in our caravan, both locally and around Australia, as well as flying to see family in Qld on Sunshine Coast. Away from home quite frequently so quite flexible with stays/swaps.

Comfortable 4x2 home on the coast only 2km from Quinns and Clayton's Beaches. Less than 2km from Ocean Keys Shopping Centre that has Coles, Woollies and Aldi. 3.5km from Clarkson Train Station which has paid parking for an easy 36min ride into Perth city.
Ducted aircon/heating as well as gas heating.
Separate living room and theatre room, both with large TV's and comfortable lounges.
Gas cooktop, electric double oven, dishwasher, all the mod cons for cooking and big fridge/freezer.
Comfortable and tidy outdoor area, BBQ and baby Weber for outdoor cooking, undercover area with outdoor table and seating.
Quiet street, good neighbours, lots of privacy.
