We are a couple in our sixties who are still working part-time in our professions. We like travelling to a wide range of places that are of cultural and historical interest and we like walking and swimming and our great Australian beaches.

The House

The House

Old renovated house in a lovely street overlooking a green backyard. House is very comfortable with heating and cooling and light filled rooms. We are looking at Easter 2027 or the Victorian school holidays in July or September 2027. We have a small old dog that needs to be fed once a day.

The things we love about living here

  • McKinnon is surrounded by parks and 12 kilometres from the city of Melbourne . We are 700 metres from the station and a train ride of 15 mins to the city. We are 10 mins from the bay and a 5 min walk to the bus stop if you are interested in shopping at Chadstone. Lots of restaurants and cafes on Centre Rd, Bentleigh (10 min walk.
