We own an Architect designed multi-level house with 3 bedrooms, spare room/kids play room and a separate studio TV room accessed via internal courtyard. Our yard forms part of a secret inner city gully which we have been revegetating for years, has mature trees and can be appreciated from our rear entertaining deck with distant western views to Mt Coot-tha. We are 5 to 10 mins walk to shopping centres, rail station, bus, 2 libraries, vintage clothing stores, small selection of local restaurants & cafes. We are a short drive ride to West End Cafes and restaurants, Mt Coot-tha lookout/bushwalks/mountain-biking. We are a short walk or ride to the bikeways along the Brisbane River & to University of Qld St Lucia, & its legendary Pizza cafe & Schonnell Cinema.
