I am a retired teacher and my partner Noel is a retired builder. We each have our own homes and mine is available for swaps. We are able to do simultaneous or non-simultaneous swaps. We are open to offers but sometimes have specific swaps/dates in mind. We enjoy travel and exploring new places.

Beach cottage. Comfortable and perfect for a beach holiday with mostly polished floors and a verandah front and side. There are 3 bedrooms, two upstairs and one downstairs, each with a double bed. There is a toilet and shower upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs living/TV room has a kitchenette. Upstairs has the main bathroom, main kitchen and open living space with wide screen TV. The house is situated on a narrow headland, barely 5 mins from beautiful secluded beaches, a lake, the river and a nature reserve. It is only 5 mins drive to The Boatshed, a great coffee shop. It is a 10 minute drive to the village of Laurieton which has supermarkets, restaurants, take-away, etc. The city of Port Macquarie is only 45 minutes away with an airport and many other tourist attractions. Diamond Head is a beautiful spot in a national park, only 15mins drive. I have a sea-going kayak and a bike which you can use.

We have just spent 6 enjoyable days at wonderful Camden Head. Julie's home was lovely, close to Pilot Beach and coastal walking tracks. The house was beautifully kept and very comfortable. The shops at Laurieton had everything that one could need. The Laurieton Cinema is a must see, a real old fashioned and beautifully decorated theatre. It was a really great swap. We would highly recommend your home to others . Thank you for the opportunity to swap.

We had a great stay at Julie's home. Walked straight down to the beach, and a lovely bushwalk along the headland. Sweet spot and very relaxing. Julie is a great communicator too.

Despite the rainy weather we had a great time at Julie's home which was lovely and clean. It is close to a number of beaches and national parks walks. The elevated home was in a quite location with easy access to shops and restaurants.
