We are a blended family of four - two adults and two kids aged 12 & 16. We would love to swap for a weekend, country or coastal Victoria or Southern NSW. And from April - September we'll contemplate anywhere warmer than Melbourne.

We love our home in Flemington; we've created a quiet sanctuary in a beautiful heritage-filled inner-city suburb.
Flemington is a beautiful community with easy access to the city, parklands (including the zoo) and everything fabulous in Melbourne.
Our own multi cultural suburb is well represented with a delicious selection of restaurants, great cafes and cool vibes.
Our home has two large bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom. The open-plan kitchen opens out onto a large deck overlooking the garden and pool.
Spacious bathroom with large shower and bath opens onto a private courtyard. Euro-laundry, washing machine and outside clothesline.

we have a dog and she can "come with the house" but we are happy to make other arrangements for her care. And a cat who is his own boss and will require minimal care.

Thank you Amanda & Craig for a lovely swap experience. It was great to meet beforehand to do a personal key swap & get the low down of your lovely home. We found public transport so easy, with a tram at each end of the street. We loved caring for your beautiful cat (who we miss), and of course fresh eggs from chickens, lemons and mandarins picked straight from the tree, it felt like a mini farmstay. Thanks too for taking care of our house, it looked very clean and tidy on our return.
