Ken is a retired police officer Helen is a retired hotistic therapy lecturer We have two grown up children and 4 grandchildren We both enjoy gardening , arts and crafts and Ken enjoys woodwork. Helen enjoys sewing. we have a touring caravan which we love using to visit other places in the UK We have a property in france that we use in the summer months A non similtaneous swap is perfect for us as during the spring summer or autumn our house can be made available.

We have a cottage style end of three terrace houses.
Our house has three bedrooms. two of which are available as a house swap
We have an ensuit shower room and a main bathroom. There is a cosy lounge with a fire place with a realistic gas fire We have a large living space of a large kitchen, a dining area and living area. A utility room with laundry facilities
There is a small lawned area to the rear of the house with a patio for alfresco eating and a glass of wine.
To the side we have raised beds for soft fruit and fruit trees and a herb garden.
to the front of the house we have a large drive for a number of cars . The front garden has flower beds and apple trees to the front
