House Swap with us

Kevin and I are retired professionals with children and grandchildren. You can feel confident that your home will be cared for and your privacy assured. We have enjoyed dozens of house swaps, with never a problem. We have lived on the Bellarine for 25 years and had a caravan for 10 years before we relocated and recently downsized to our home in St Leonard's for a quieter lifestyle. We live in a peaceful Seaside fishing village 20 minutes out of Geelong on the Bellarine. Peninsula, (bayside). 500 metres to cafes, hotel, supermarket, bakery, gourmet deli and also beach access. Swimming and/or fishing off the pier. Wineries, leisure parks, golf courses, bowling clubs etc all close by. Best neighbours ever. New beautiful spacious modern home. Will accommodate 6, but prefer smaller group or just couple. Outdoor access to native garden from bedrooms. Am interested in people who like me, offer a clean uncluttered home,

Caroline & Kevin have a beautiful town house with everything you could possibly need. This was my first swap & Caroline was excellent in keeping me up to date & was very reassuring. I arrived back to a perfectly kept home. It could not have been better.

joy from Castlemaine VIC (Mar 2019)

What a great area! St Leonards is a charming beachside town, like what I imagine Barwon Heads was like 20 years ago. Markets on the beach, pub and shops at the end of the street and a short drive from wineries. Very friendly people and the beer garden at the pub one of the best I've enjoyed. Caroline's house is large and immaculate with absolutely everything you can think of at your finger tips. The spa in the garden was a standout highlight. We had a truly fabulous time and would highly recommend for a delightful holiday.

Jenny from Elwood VIC (Apr 2018)

We had the enjoyment to stay over at Caroline&Kevin's house over a long weekend. And Caroline is so friendly and easy to talk too. And it was such a comfortable and easy house. We absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, we are dreaming of coming back...

Caroline and Kevin were very pleasant to deal with. Their house is lovely. We had a very pleasant stay. The jacuzzi was a big hit.

lauren from Altona VIC (Mar 2017)

What a lovely couple! It was so easy to swap with them. They have a big house, with many different zones to accomodate quiet relaxations or raucous fun. The outdoor spa was a great way to relax after a busy day out and about. It was a lovely, quiet little town, with a nice, sheltered beach, all within easy reach of everything the Peninsular has to offer.

Lydea from Fitzroy North VIC (Feb 2017)

We've just got back from a great three week house and car swap with Caroline and Kevin. Using their delightful modern and spacious home as a base, we were able to explore the Bellarine Peninsula, Geelong and Melbourne as well as enjoying the cafes and bars of St Leonards itself. Caroline and Kevin were fun to deal with, their car and home immaculate on arrival as were ours on our return. This swap exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend it. Noeline & John
