House Swap with us

I am recently retired and my husband Paul is transitioning with his business. We love meeting people, exploring different places and the outdoors hiking, SUPPing, Golf for my husband, ocean swimming. From 1/7/26 to 30/6/2027 - we are open to any opportunities within Australia/NZ (we do love Tassie) - PS - excellent WIFI is a prerequisite and no cats as my husband is allergic. From 15/8/27 to 31/12/2027 - keen for overseas exchanges in the UK/Scotland/Europe. We are fastidious with our own home and are open to car exchanges.

Our home is based in the middle of the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. If you are wanting peace and quiet, but still want to be close to everything - our home is perfect for you. Located on a street of acreage properties with a rainforest at our backdoor. Large deck with BBQ overlooking pool.

The Location

Buderim is area that sits on a 180 metre mountain which provides views overlooking the Sunshine Coast beach communities and also the hinterland. It has rich volcanic soil which means the area is particularly lush with vegetation. The town of Buderim is very quaint and locally there are the Buderim Forest Park, Buderim Tramway walk and Pioneer Cottage to visit. Buderim is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast and makes an easy drive for visting Caloundra, Australia Zoo at Beerwah, Montville and Maleny and also Noosa - all no more than 30 minutes drive away.
