Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Scarborough, Perth beach suburb, WA
We are a semi-retired couple and enjoy travelling. My husband was in IT and I teach so have school holidays and also take terms off as often as possible. We love the history, countryside, food and wine of Europe and are interested in a house swap in the UK, Spain, France, Italy or. Germany between April & July 2027. We would also love to swap within WA or over East during Australian summer school holidays.

We live in a town house, just 300m from the beach, spread over 3 floors. There is a large master bedroom on the top floor with balcony and large en-suite with shower & spa bath.
There's an open plan living/dining/ kitchen room on the middle floor with balcony. Plus 2 small double bedrooms and family bathroom. On the ground floor there's another room with a single bed and there's a laundry and a double garage.
The house is on a hill and front side is all windows so it's very light and has views. (not sea views). There is reverse-cycle aircon but we rarely use it in summer since the house is South facing.

A beach suburb, recently revitalized. Plenty of cafes and bars.
Golden beach with surf. Local surf shops & surfboard hire and lessons. Fitness and yoga classes.
Wide esplanade alongside the beach, skateboard park, childrens playground, climbing wall, basketball, open air heated pool. Cycle path along the coast in both directions. It's vibrant during the day. There's an amphitheatre that often hosts events.
Last summer there were food markets on Thursdays and dancing on Sundays.
