Hi, Craig is FIFO and i am a Permaculture wanabe, we live in a most beautiful part of Margaret River on a semi-rural 1 hectare block with a beautiful outlook of trees and kangaroos. We are half way between the beach and town, walking distance to Cape Mentelle Winery and a waterfall. Our home has just been renovated. We have just had our first Grand Child and are keen to swap to South of Perth as much as possible. Considering a long term swap if anyone is keen!

The beginnings of a Permaculture garden. We have an air conditioner in main area and fans in the bedrooms, we have double glazing and sea breezes.
Situated halfway between town and the beach with bike paths both ways.
Walking distance to a waterfall (winter) and outdoor cinema (summer) at a winery.
Three Queen Bed Rooms.
We have a fully fenced yard for the kids and possible pets if they are duck and kangaroo friendly!

We had such a great time staying at Sarah and Craig’s place in Margaret River. The house was super clean and comfy, with stunning views over the valley. Sarah was easy to chat with and organise everything, and we’d happily recommend their home for a swap. They also left our place in great shape—so nice to come home to!

We had a fabluous time in the lovely home in Margaret River. Great location The house was comfortable and so easy to relax in. The kangaroos out the back paddock were very entertaining. This was our first swap and it went very well. Sarah and family were great hosts and also easy to organise our swap with. And all teh dogs were happy too. Our home was left in imaculate condition.

We stayed at Sarah's lovely house for a few very nice days, with its idyllic view over fields of kangaroos. Whilst Sarah wasn't able to stay at ours as she had a last-minute change of plans, she still honoured our arrangement and let us stay, and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Having met her, I'd have no hesitation recommending them for a house swap. Thank you Sarah!
