Hi, we are Roslyn and Michael both in our 50s and live in beautiful Jervis Bay NSW. Roslyn is a retired medical receptionist. Michael works in IT and can work remotely. We travel with two small well behaved well traveled dogs. In 2010 did three successful overseas house exchanges while traveling Europe. We would like to explore more of Australia.

The house is located in Vincentia comprising of 3 bedrooms 2 living rooms a large kitchen and dining room with a great outdoor dining area.
There are bike and walking paths that link you to the local shops, many different beaches as well as to Huskisson. You can take the famous White Sand walking track through the national park across to Hyams Beach where you will find the whitest sand in the world (so they say) and a very nice cafe for a coffee or a bite to eat.
Jervis Bay offers many activities and attractions, Beautiful beaches boasting the whitest sand in the world, Booderee National Park. Activities include swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, diving, snorkelling, kite surfing, dolphin and whale watching cruises, boutique shopping and many great dining options.
The House is a comfortable well appointed home with open plan lounge, kitchen and dining. The dining leads onto the patio area where you find a large hand crafted mosaic table, comfortable chairs and BBQ and spa.
A great place for breakfast lunch and dinner or just relaxing.
There are three good size bedrooms, a bathroom with an extra toilet and shower off the laundry.
Bedrooms - Two bedrooms have Queen beds. The third bedroom has a single trundle bed.
Kitchen - is fully equipped with cookware, crockery, utensils, glassware, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, gas stove top and under bench electric oven.
Lounge and Dining - The lounge is very comfortable with a reclining leather lounge. ceiling fan, a large flat screen smart TV.
The 2nd lounge has to comfortable lounges, ceiling fan and a flat screen TV.
The dining area has a lovely wooden dining table six comfortable chairs and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom - has a large bath, separate large shower, double sinks and toilet.
Laundry - has an extra toilet, front load washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Pets - Well behaved dogs are welcome and may even come inside with you. However they are not welcome on the furniture.
You will need to bring your dog bedding and bowls.
The back yard is fully fenced.
Please clean up after your pets.
There dogs friendly beaches at Plantation point and Orian beach both have on and off leash times. Be aware that the South Coast is a high tick area and you should consult with your vet about protection options for your pet.
This property has a maximum limit of five guests only.

Jervis Bay offers many activities and attractions, Beautiful beaches boasting the whitest sand in the world, Booderee National Park. Activities include swimming, sailing, kayaking, paddle boarding, surfing, diving, snorkelling, kite surfing, dolphin and whale watching cruises. Great bike / walking paths. Boutique shopping and many great dining options.

Roslyn and Michael's home in Vincentia is perfectly positioned walking distance from many of the beautiful white sand beaches of Jervis Bay or you can drive just a little further and explore the amazing Boodaree National Park or walk / cycle the track 5km into Huskisson or 1.8km to local shops, cafes, restaurants. The house is immaculate and we enjoyed dinner on the lovely balcony where we could enjoy the local bird life. Roslyn provided everything and is very organized, good communicator. We would highly recommend an exchange to Vincentia.

Roslyn and Michael's house at Vincentia is in a great location. It is an easy walking distance to a number of white sand beaches on Jervis Bay. If it is windy you are able to find a sheltered beach. Great cycle and walkways along the bay. Woolworths, Coles and Aldi are all close. The house was very comfortable, fully equipped and clean with a sun soaked alfresco area at the rear of the property. We really enjoyed our stay in Vincentia.
