We are a family of four with two girls aged 3yo and 6yo. Mum and Dad (are working professionals (a lawyer working for the government and an environmental scientist working in the private sector). We enjoy surfing, kayaking, fishing, bush walks, boating, sailing and anything outdoors. We enjoy a beach/headland and estuary lifestyle and are keen to explore other water or snow locations. We are quiet (well the adults are at least), clean, organized and respectful.

Walk to three different beaches within 600-800 meters! Highly sought after Emerald Beach with famous headland, surf beaches and cafes/restaurants.
A recently renovated Balinese styled home with 3 bedrooms. Main room has a king bed, en-suite and study on the side. Second room has a queen and third room has single bunks and a spare mattress.
We have a cabana (we eat and BBQ out there all year) out the back and small free standing yoga studio which we also use as a home office or overflow for guests (very small and basic with a double innerspring mattress leaning against a wall).
We have an impressive garden that you can admire through the whole of wall windows from the living room.
Dishwasher, NBN, Webber bbq, fire pit, fireplace, washer/dryer, trampoline, Growplay bars and swing, kayaks and surfboards that can be used.
Located in a village-like, sleepy little cul de sac with very friendly neighbours.
Southerly and easterly winds bring ocean/crashing waves breezes. Westerly and northerly winds can, and do, bring some distant truck noise.
We are very close to the national park and bush, so there is plenty of wildlife around for kids. We often get Kangaroos grazing in the yard or driveway. Birds are everywhere, including Tawny Frogmouths and Rainbow Lorikeets. There are Bush Turkeys coming in from the large property next door and the occasional Echidna wanders through.
The house is located next to the very upper reaches of the Moonee Creek (4 minute dive to the crystal clear waters at high tide near the mouth) which brings frogs and different varieties of lizards.
We are currently altering the side of the driveway (left side is a bit messy at the moment) to add a car port down the side. DA submitted with Council and we will update pictures when complete.
We are slowly upgrading the furniture and enhancing the garden.
