Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Nambucca Heads, Mid North Coast, NSW
I'm a retired teacher, with family in Adelaide and Melbourne. I volunteer at three local not-for-profits: the local museum, a commission craft shop and an op-shop. I enjoy regular beach walks, birdwatching, and occasional kayaking. I make my own bread and there are some herbs and veggies in the garden.

This is a small 1950s all timber stand alone house. It was built for family accommodation within a (now demolished) motel. History is known about its transferal from town to this site, in 2002. There is attractive garden all around, it's high up on a hill ... no danger of flood. LPG cooking, ceiling fans but no air-con., 2 chickens to feed!
