Fully equipped with modern kitchen with electric induction cooktop, 2 showers, bathroom and laundry. There are 2 toilets (one on each level). Manual plunge coffee makers and NutriBullet smoothie mixer.
A/C whole house with additional fans for the upper level.

Malcolm and Kate's home is in the stunning coastal area of Batemans Bay. We were spoilt for choice of beautiful beaches to visit when staying there.They have a lovely view across the river and many bright, colourful birds visiting their deck. Their home is comfortable and airy and an easy walk to town. We enjoyed the use of their electric bike and kayak while we were there. I would recommend Malcolm and Kate to anyone looking for an easy and friendly house swap experience.
