My apartment is on the first floor of a small secure complex of 11 apartments. It's rooms are large and complimented by an outside private balcony. It is centrally located for restaurants, shopping, city theatres, entertainment, the city, public transport and is only 900 metres from the Swan River and 2.5kms to the beaches of Perth. Easy living and well suited for lockup if you want to venture for short stays elsewhere in WA inclusive inclusive of the the wonderful South West of our state.

We enjoyed our stay immensely in Jenny's apartment in Claremont. We were lucky to meet Jenny before moving in and she showed us around both the apartment and the area. The apartment is in a lovely area and within walking distance to both the Claremont Quarter Shopping Complex and the train station. There are bus stops just around the corner to travel to either the city or Freemantle. We had a fantastic holiday and would highly recommend this swap.

We thoroughly enjoyed an our time in Jenny’s very stylish apartment in Claremont. We enjoyed being close to the river, local cafes and a short drive to Fremantle. Jenny is a lovely person and left our place absolutely spotless. We would highly recommend Jenny for a house swap.
