We're a couple of professionals working between Melbourne and the Sunshine Coast and looking to swap our lovely place at the coast for occasional stays in the big city

House on acreage with beautiful gardens and forest in the sunshine coast hinterland. Large verandah to enjoy the outdoor environment. 6 mins from the Eumundi market and 15 - 20 mins from Noosa and Peregian. Easy access to everything in the northern Sunshine Coast. 2 bedrooms downstairs and open plan living. We use the two upstairs bedrooms as offices, but can set up a bedroom up there as well if needed. Nice walks to the waterfall and creek on the property. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to shops, restaurants and beaches.

We have just completed a 4 week house swap at Verrierdale. We had a great time at Emily and John's home. The house was spacious and light with beautiful views from the deck. The large garden with majestic trees is very private and lush. Beautiful beaches like Noosa, walks and interesting local towns are only a short drive away. The house has all the modern conveniences and very well looked after. A real peaceful hidden retreat. Emily and John were great communicators making the swap a seamless process and they left our home in immaculate condition. We would highly recommend this house swap.
