We are Gemma and Stuart and have 2 daughters aged 11 and 14 years old. We are originally from the UK and now love exploring new areas of Australia. We are open to the possibility of long weekend as well as NSW school holiday house swaps. We have a 4 bedroom house in beautiful Avoca Beach on the Central Coast. A 5 min drive/ 20 minute walk to the beach, shops and cafes.

Our house is a modern detached house in beautiful Avoca Beach. We are a family of 4. I work as a nurse and my husband Stuart is in IT. We have 2 daughters aged 10 and 13yrs.
We also have a well behaved and friendly 3yr old labradoodle who we can either bring with us or friends will have him depending on the house sit arrangement. We also have 2 cats: they are indoor/ outdoor and very independent. We would be happy to leave them at home if you were happy to feed them otherwise we can organise them to stay somewhere else during the stay.
Our house has a master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower/ toilet. Also 1 bedroom with a king single bed and another bedroom with a double bed. We also have a separate area downstairs which has its own queen bed, lounge area and bathroom which is ideal for grandparents or teens to have their own space. We have 2 lounge/ tv areas, open kitchen/ dining area and laundry room. We have a large covered deck with bbq and outdoor kitchen. We have a spa and fire pit area outside.

We had a wonderful week at Gemma's beautiful Avoka home. It is superbly located only a few minutes drive to Avoka beach. A generous deck is nestled in tropical plants which provide privacy for a hot tub and fire pit. Her home is modern with a generous deck and all the latest conveniences. We entertained ourselves with local bush walks and beach visits. We even managed to find a local distillery and cheese maker. Gemma and her family were perfect guests at our home, and left it in a cleaner condition than we left it. We recommend swapping with Gemma without hesitation should you get the chance.
