We are Soheil and Ramin, a couple in our early 40s who have been calling Newcastle home for over a decade. As full-time engineers, we lead busy lives but always make time for our shared passion for travel, whether it's exploring new destinations overseas or enjoying spontaneous weekend getaways within a few hours' drive. We pride ourselves on being quiet and respectful guests who value cleanliness and tidiness. As non-smokers without pets, we ensure that we leave every place we stay in as pristine as we found it. Our experience with Airbnb has been nothing short of positive, and we've enjoyed hosting people from diverse backgrounds through Couchsurfing. Our travel adventures have taken us to vibrant cities like Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane, St. Petersburg, Paris, Barcelona, Prague, Rome, Venice, Vancouver, Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan, Istanbul, Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai. While we've loved every moment in these places, we're always eager to discover new destinations and revisit old favorites. Being new to house-swapping, we're excited about the opportunities it offers and are open to both short-term and long-term exchanges. For longer stays, we appreciate a bit of notice to plan ahead, but we're always ready for a spontaneous weekend adventure.

Upon arrival at our beautiful home, you'll immediately notice the thoughtful design that emphasizes family flexibility, tranquil spaces, and breathtaking tree-top views. Nestled in a stellar lifestyle location, our home combines elegant style with modern features, including soaring raked ceilings and walls of windows that flood the interiors with natural light.
Our superb family home boasts a stunning entertainer's balcony with a breathtaking view, perfect for relaxing. The large timber kitchen, complete with a bay window framing the view, is a chef's delight. The north/east-facing living and dining areas are open plan on one side of the kitchen, while a spacious family room sits on the other side. All top-floor social zones are set under a magnificent timber Cathedral ceiling, adding to the home's charm.
The living room is spacious and equipped with two 3-seat sofas and a big TV screen connected to Wi-Fi and an X-box console, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and entertainment.
The huge ground floor rumpus room is an entertainer's dream, featuring a 10-feet snooker table, a 3-seat sofa, a bar with stools, and a powder room. It's the ideal space for gatherings and fun.
Our home offers three bedrooms upstairs (The office room will not be accessible) and a large bedroom with a built-in bathroom downstairs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, while one of the guest rooms upstairs and the ground floor bedroom each have a queen-size bed. The third bedroom upstairs is equipped with a gym bench and dumbbells for fitness enthusiasts.
The fully equipped family bathroom, ducted air conditioning, ceiling fans, wide balcony, and verandah ensure comfort and convenience throughout the home. Additionally, we have a stand-alone double garage and plenty of driveway parking.

For those looking to explore further, Sydney is just a two-hour drive away, while the Central Coast and Nelson Bay are only an hour's drive. This makes our location perfect for spontaneous day trips and weekend getaways.
Residents of Pisces Avenue take great pride in maintaining their surroundings, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. The area is a bit hilly, which adds to its charm but can make cycling and walking a bit challenging. However, the tranquil atmosphere and beautiful views more than make up for it.
