Hello, I am a single female in my 70s. I have lived in the Northern Rivers area for over 20 years now. I love beach walks, Pipi Beach at Yamba or Brooms Head back beach, socializing with friends and going to the local Coffee shop, or one of the many restaurants and pubs for a meal and a glass or 2 of wine or heading to Byron for the day (1 hour away).

New home build completed in May 2020. Located on the Clarence River. My home overlooks the Clarence with a lovely wrap around 2 sides covered deck. Perfect for taking in the winter sun in the afternoons. The house has a large 2 car garage with an open lift to all the living and sleeping areas on the first floor. The laundry is also in the garage with washing machine and dryer and clothes line.
The living area consists of lounge and dining and kitchen meals all overlooking the Clarence and across to Ashby Island.
There are 3 generous bedrooms, the master with an ensuite.
