Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in GEEVESTON, Huon Valley, TAS
We are a retired couple whose children have flown the nest and our eldest has just had a baby daughter. Our backgrounds are in education, having worked for many years for a charitable trust in the UK. We plan to visit our family in Sydney's Eastern suburbs frequently and want our own space. We'd love to swap for a long weekend, a week or more, and we are also hoping to swap for a year if anyone is interested in a long term swap from Jan 2027. We'd love to hear from you if that sounds appealing. We love living in Tassie, having arrived here 3 years ago. We enjoy, gardening, walking, rowing, doing pottery and wood carving, we love the empty beaches, great food and wine, the fabulous wilderness, lack of crowds, watching the wedge tailed eagles and sea eagles and an endless sequence of community arts and activities. There's much more going on than we had ever imagined. When in Sydney we like taking advantage of the galleries, ferries and other cultural amenities the city offers along with that wonderful coastal path.
