Hello, I am a non-smoking mid 60's woman living by the beach in Tugun, Southern Gold Coast. I enjoy having the Oceanway bike path and beautiful beach out the front, and all that this area has to offer. I would like to house swap with someone in Hobart, Tasmania.

The House

I live in a unit by the beach and the oceanfront bike and walk path. The beach and bike path are only about 20 steps from my door. It is an older style ground floor unit on the stretch between Tugan and Bilinga Beaches, with views to the beach. There are ceiling fans, wifi, washing machine, fridge, microwave, no TV.

The things I love about living here

Access to the beautiful surf beach out the front.
The surfing is a beach break, nice banks and not very crowded.
The bikepath is a great beach front ride north to Tugun (700m) and south to Kirra, Coolangatta, Rainbow Bay, Tweed Heads etc. Its a 45min and 1hr drive to Springbrook National Park and Lamington National Park, both have stunning hikes. It's a 50 minute easy drive to Byron Bay. 1.25hrs drive to Brisbane. The beach is great for long walks, swimming, surfing, and fishing.

Close to Currumbin Beach and the Wildlife Sanctuary, Palm Beach, then up to Burleigh Heads, HOTA Arts Centre, Surfers Paradise, theme parks, and further north to Brisbane.
Bus stop nearby for (50c!) easy public transport travel.
