Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Mernda, VIC
Here’s the revised version: My husband and I live in Melbourne, and we love travelling and meeting new people. We are planning to travel to Tasmania or New Zealand over the Christmas and New Year period for two or three weeks, and we would love to swap our lovely home with yours. Our home is cosy, with a spacious backyard, and it has everything you may need for a comfortable stay. We are also conveniently located near a train station with a direct line to Melbourne’s city centre.

Our home is modern, clean, and very comfortable. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious garage. We keep one room locked for personal items, but you’ll still find plenty of space for your belongings in the drawers and walk-in robe. The master bedroom is large and cozy, while the second bedroom has a queen bed plus a desk and chair, perfect if you’d like to work from home. The second bathroom comes with both a shower and a bathtub for your convenience.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need, including an air fryer, coffee machine, dishwasher, popcorn maker, and more. Outside, there’s a big backyard and a beautiful deck with an eight-seat dining table, perfect for enjoying meals or relaxing outdoors.
