Hi there! We're a couple living in Sydney (Bondi Beach) since 3 years. Maria is from Luxembourg and I'm from Belgium. We're very outdoorsy, we spend most of our time outside of the house, doing hikes, going to the beach,... We're very neat and would treat your place with respect, as we would expect the same for anyone coming into our place. Looking forward to swapping with other cool locations around Australia and NZ!

We have a really nice and modern apartment in Bondi Beach, just 100m to the beach.
It's part of the Adina hotel, hence we can use all their facilities (pool, jacuzzi, gym, terrace).
We have a balcony with a BBQ and outdoor furniture, great for in the summer.
It's a very bright place, with good internet connection and a great desk/screens setup if you need to do some work.
We have have a parking spot, althought we sometimes rent it out during the year so please shoot us a message if this is important.
