We are both retired, we enjoy travelling and are open to anywhere in Australia or overseas. In particular, we would like to swap with someone in Dunsborough/Busselton or the Margaret River region WA where our son and family live. We would respect your home like our own and keep it tidy and clean. We have done housesitting around Australia and know what is expected looking after someone elses home.

We have a lovely easy care 3 bedroom home backing onto the Bargara Golf Course with a beautiful plunge pool overlooking the course. We are located near the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in a neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. We are in walking distance to our local shops, golf club, bowls club, supermarket and beach.
Our guest queen bedroom is for your use with your own bathroom and toilet at the other end of our home.
There is ducted air conditioning/heating throughout the house and fans in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction cooktop, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, and large fridge/freezer. A butlers pantry/Laundry with front load washing machine and clothes dryer. Drinks fridge in the double garage and barbeque area.
A separate media room with a 75" TV for your entertainment and an office with a selection of books to read.
