Minimalistic apartment in new 2024 building with amazing facilities. The apartment has a 180 view of the Melbourne skyline and balcony facing north. It consists of two bedrooms and two bathrooms - one of which is ensuite. It is stylishly decorated in a Nordic minimalistic style with quality furniture.
The building provides free access to a skybar, cinema room, bowling alley, contrast therapy (cold plunge with sauna and steam room), outdoor pool, multiple spas, gym, play room, and more. All this as well as a 24h concierge.
The apartment is located right at the corner of Albert Park (famous for the Formula 1) and just a 10 min walk from St Kilda beach.
