Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Burpengary East, Burpengary East, QLD
My husband and I are in our late 50's and are looking at a house swap (preferrably in Whitsunday area of Cannonvale/ Cannonvalley) for 6 months if possible. We are both very clean and honest people who love fishing, walking, outdoor lifestyle and meeting new people. We love caravaning and camping and anything outdoors. (I even have a stand up paddleboard - I'm yet to use) LOL - We have 2 daugthers who have given us 3 beautiful grand daughters whom we would love to visit us occasionally as they live over 11 and 12 hours away atm. If we can do this for 6 months we will only be 3 hours away from one of them which would be nice. We take pride in our home, but as we have been here for over 20 years, we would like to experience a bit of a change without having to sell should it not work out. We live 40 mins north of Brisbane and 40 mins south of Sunshine Coast. We have a lovely large home with a great backyard and resort style pool area (safe for kids). We have heaps of car spaces (6 cars)and room for boat and caravan as the block is 2000 sqm. We live in a quiet and safe estate within walking distance to a park and man made lake you can walk around - which I do most days. We are within 1 km to Woolworths, MacDonalds and specialty shops and only 12 min drive to main shopping centre North Lakes. We are also close to Redcliffe and Bribie Island (20 - 30 min drive depending on traffic). We are both working still and can work anywhere as our jobs can travel with us. If you are interested in a change for an extended period of say 3 - 6 months - we would be keen to chat.

Our House is a large 5 bed home with 2 bathrooms. It has two separate living areas which can seat up to 8 in one room and 4 in the other. The main bedroom has a large walk behind robe, and has 2 King Single massage, beds adjoined. The other 2 bedrooms are situated in the other end of the home with two queen beds. The 4th bed has a pull out sofa.
Kitchen has a large oven and heaps of room to cook. The study will be locked and unaccessible which forms the 5th bedroom. There is also a shed which will be locked.
Great place for kids as there is plenty of room to ride bikes in the front driveway PLUS walk to park where there is ducks, birds and basketball hoop.
We have a portacot, highchair and toys if needed for kids as we have them here for when our grand daughters visit.
