We are a family of five based in Brookvale on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, with three young boys aged 7½, 5½ and 3. Our home is on a corner block directly behind the Sea Eagles Football Stadium, with a park and playground directly across the road—ideal for families with young children. The location is perfect for exploring the Northern Beaches: we’re less than 10 minutes to Curl Curl Beach (both North and South) and Freshwater, and around 15 minutes to Manly, depending on traffic. We’re also extremely walkable. Warringah Mall is just 1km away, along with op shops and fast-food outlets, all easily reached on foot. The house is within walking distance of the BAD (Brookvale Arts District) and the increasingly popular Brookvale breweries, bars and nightspots. Public transport is very convenient, with a bus stop just a 5-minute walk away offering services north to Palm Beach or south to Manly and Sydney’s CBD (B-Line to the city or the 199 to Manly). The house sits on a generous 561m² block and has five bedrooms in total, although one is currently set up as a home office. The main level includes three bedrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining booth, bathroom and a separate toilet. The lower level features a bedroom with ensuite (shower), an additional study, and a large playroom—perfect for families. We also have a large side yard that houses an above ground pool, perfect for families to cool off after being at the beach all day!

Our large modern home has 5 bedrooms (one converted to a Study) 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas (1 converted to a playroom) and an above ground pool. We are a 10 minute drive to Freshwater and North and South Curl Curl, 20 mins (tops) to Manly beaches. The Brookvale Arts District, Breweries and Warringah Mall shopping centre are 15 min walk. A 60 minute drive to Palm Beach.

The bedroom configuration is:
Bed 1: King bed
Bed 2: 2 x King Singles (one with trundle)
Bed 3: 1 x Cot or Single bed
Bed 4 (downstairs): Queen bed and Double Bed (plus ensuite bathroom)
Bed 5: Converted to a study but it would have a bed placed in it.
Laundry with washing machine and dryer off the garage downstairs.
1 x above ground pool and large back yard.
There are two separate lounge areas with TVs - downstairs and upstairs (smart TV with netflix, disney and stan).
There is parking in our driveway, with additional parking on the street.
Exterior: Large yard, above ground pool, BBQ.
Location: Cul-de-sac on a corner block, overlooking Brookvale Park, close to amenities.
