My husband and I are primary school teachers. We are in our 50's and have 2 adult daughters who no longer travel with us. Our lifestyle on the coast is very relaxed, and with lovely mild weather our pristine beaches are accessible all year round. After travelling a lot before children, we would love to get back into experiencing the world at its' best. We have based our life mantra around respecting ourselves, each other and the environment around us.

Downstair we have a large entertaining area which spills out towards the swimming pool and spa. Upstairs we have a large open-plan dining, kitchen and living area, with a verandah that gives a glimpse of the nearby ocean. Our large side yard is fully fenced.

Keiran & Sean's house is perfectly located walking distance from Dicky Beach. The house has a good breeze on the upper deck which flows out from the modern kitchen. The main bedroom has aircon which was great for the aussie summer (we stayed for a month in Jan). We had a very positive experience with Keiran & Sean and their daughters. We even had a coffee with them on their return from our home in France to chat about our swaps. They had great communication before, during and following the swap. I would highly recommend Keiran & her family for this experience as the family, house and location were all great! They also had a great time in our place, so overall it was a positive experience for our two families.
