Home exchange and house swap holiday accommodation in Wooloweyah, YAMBA , NSW
We are a retired couple, early septuagenarians, ex business owner & ex teacher, busy still with community activities and fine tuning house as a home. Keen now to travel from time to time in Oz.
The main house is roomy upstairs downstairs contemporary to the sea/tree-change lifestyle.[There is a seperate flat in the rear ground level which is not included, having a longer term quiet and self contained single adult resident. The flat has its own gate entry from a side lane.] The house area has a roomy & airy main bedroom with queen bed opens to verandah. The bathroom adjacent includes spa bath. The second bedroom, also upstairs, has a double bed & can be set up with an additional single if needed. House is comfortable only needing fans in warm weather, and has wood heater for winter. The kitchen is spacious opening thru a dining are to a comfortable living area. House is private from the street, the rear yard is a share area with the flat, includes gazebo of sorts and BBQ.

Wooloweyah is an enclave of about 600 residents bordering on Wooloweyah Lagoon and Yuraygir National Park, A few minutes to Angourie surfing mecca, 5 minutes to Yamba with all expected facilities. Yamba population is about 4,000 to 20,000 depending on holiday season. The Clarence River estuary and access to the sea is great for fishing. We like the options for swimming, a number of beaches, The are is relatively flat for bike riding and lovely for varied daily exercise walks. The Clarence valley hinterland is close enough for day trips,
